Engineering bench · Solar & substations
Luminare is a U.S.-contracted engineering bench for firms that need senior capacity without adding headcount. Our team has built and energized roughly 150 MWp of utility-scale solar, substations and hydroelectric works — and designed, engineered and built a 2 MW plant of its own.
At our own 2 MW plant we produced the design, carried it into construction and own the result. Nothing gets thrown over a wall for someone else to sort out in the field — and it shows in the review comments you get back.
Add senior engineering hours for the length of a project and release them when it closes. No recruiting, no bench cost between awards.
We work U.S. Central time, in English and Spanish at engineering level. A question asked in the morning is answered that afternoon — not the following night.
Luminare holds no professional engineering license and does not seal deliverables, bid EPC work in the United States, or approach your clients. We work under the direction of your professional of record. That is the structure by design.
Principal · Project delivery
Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Tecnológico de Monterrey. Led construction and electrical assembly on approximately 150 MWp of utility-scale solar, including two parks of roughly 75 MWp each, and led the design and construction of María Auxiliadora Generación Solar, a 2 MW plant owned by the group.
Every deliverable is reviewed by a senior electrical engineer with decades of experience in electrical construction, substations and hydroelectric works before it leaves our office. Supporting engineering and field staff are drawn from an affiliated electrical construction company in Guatemala.
Send the scope and the deadline. We reply with a fixed fee and a committed turnaround — or we tell you it is not our strength.
